V.A.S.E. 16-17

Carver students proudly represented the district this weekend at Klein Collins HS. Thank you Counselor Phyllis Brown for stopping in to see the students and their work. It was greatly appreciated.

Results: 45 Medal winners in 4 different Divisions. I am really proud of our Division 1 students (those with .5 credit in art and their first time at VASE) for their 8 Medal wins! PLUS, 18 of our students received perfect scores!

And the best news - - 3 Students will be Advancing to STATE: Herson Martinez (photography), Kristen Wilson (photography), and Jasmine Menchaca (ceramics)!

All the kids did an excellent job of defending their work during the interview process.
